It is very rare for anyone to remain with one company all of their working lives, and there can be a wide range of factors which lead us into the search for a new employer or even a new career path. At Russell and Partners we appreciate that whatever the reason behind a move, it is a life changing decision and needs to be dealt with appropriately.

Although Russell and Partners are a fully retained search firm, and are ultimately led by our clients’ requirements, we are more than happy to hear from people actively looking to take that next step. We treat all candidate information with the utmost discretion and you can be assured none of your information will be sent anywhere without a prior discussion and agreement for it to do so. All of our candidates of today are seen as clients of tomorrow.

The projects we tend to work on are usually quite diverse in both geographic and market sector. The common factor is that we are always looking for senior level international talent. Although we may not have a suitable project for you right now, we review the opportunities available for each and every candidate when they approach us and again at the start of each assignment we embark upon. Should something look relevant to anyone, the first action we undertake is a call directly with the candidate to review their position and clarify mutual interest.
